Birmingham, AL (March 22, 2016) – Johnson Development, a leading healthcare real estate firm, announces the expansion of its Executive Leadership Team. James M. Johnson, President and Founder of Johnson Development, announced last week that Milton R. Johnson has been named President of Johnson Development and appointed to the role of Chief Investment Officer. Perry T. White was named Principal and assumes the position of Chief Operating Officer. James M. Johnson will step into the role of Chairman of Johnson Healthcare Holdings, while Milton and Perry will take over the day to day responsibilities of the firm.
Milton Johnson oversees firm management with a focus on day to day operations while managing firm risks and firm investments and providing oversight to healthcare and federal healthcare project development teams. He will provide leadership to property management as it relates to the on-going delivery of those key services and is responsible for driving and implementing firm strategy.
Perry White manages the strategic growth of the firm as well as ensuring the quality and efficiency of all client services. As a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, he has shared oversight of the company’s overall operating performance and strategic direction and is also a member of the company’s Investment Committee.
As Chairman, Mr. James M. Johnson will be engaged and participate as the owner of the firm and investor of projects, but will be less involved in the day to day efforts of the company.
