Laurie Collier Regan

As a Principal at Johnson Development, Mrs. Regan is responsible for all facets of the development of medical office buildings and outpatient facilities.  While taking both new and existing clients from “rendering to reality,” Mrs. Regan is directly responsible for the overall physical and financial development of each project.  With extensive knowledge of healthcare development, her responsibilities include client relations, establishment of ownership entities, engagement of related parties (architects, contractors, equipment planners, parking consultants, etc.), construction management, project management, financial pro forma development and leasing.

Mrs. Regan has more than 20 years’ experience in development and has been a part of the Johnson Development team for 15 years.  Her development experience includes the physical construction of specialty spaces including outpatient surgery, diagnostics, dialysis, neurosurgical suites, orthopedics, labor and delivery, cancer treatment including radiation oncology and hematology oncology, physical therapy, wellness, pharmacy, food service and related retail spaces.  During her tenure with the firm, Mrs. Regan has been responsible for the successful development of more than 3,000,000 square feet of healthcare projects having a total value of more than $500 million.

Prior to joining Johnson Development, Mrs. Regan worked for the University of Vermont Medical Center.  Mrs. Regan was responsible for development of outpatient facilities and for the physical consolidation of facilities resulting in the merger and formation of Fletcher Allen Healthcare.
